There is many statisical evidence on which movie genre is most supported by viewers. This page will sum up most recent years' data.

According to reporter Michael Deane, Action adventure movies make the record-breaking ticket sales throughout recent years. Proceeding to my facts page under the "Research" tab will provide evidence and more information on my conclusions.

Based on my research, age groups from 18-50 are most likely to enjoy action movies. Of course there are some outliers depending on parental guidance and "hip grandparents" that enjoy watching Action/Adventure movies.

Above is a graph showing the percentage of box offices tickets in 2012 sold by movie genre. Box offices tickets are not the only basis of what to look at when trying to find my conclusion, but this gives a good idea of what most people enjoy overall!
